The MX Revolution mouse is by far the best mouse I have ever used. It has made me far more productive. The killer feature is the scroll wheel which has a flywheel meaning that you can spin the wheel effortlessly and stop it on a dime. You'll never need the pgup or pgdn keys again. I turn off the fancy features and don't even load their software (using Vista). I use the back button on the mouse extensively. But the other wheel on the side I don't use but it is far enough away from my thumb to not get in the way. The form factor is extremely comfortable.
